Secretary / Manager's Office


The Secretary Manager's Office is responsible for the overall co-ordination and management of the Parish Council.  Our pages will inform the public on special projects undertaken by the Secretary / Manager.  

Performance Measurement Plan


The Performance Measurement Plan is an initiative which will require that the Council begin collecting data, measure and report its performance in the following core service areas for the fiscal year 2002/03:

  • User fees and charges

  • Commercial Services

  • Road Maintenance

  • Poor Relief Services

  • Maintenance of Street Lighting

  • Monitoring the Solid Waste Programme in the Parish

  • Disaster Preparedness

  • Administration

  • Minor Water Supplies

  • Civic and Community Affairs

  • Planning to include the processing of Building and Subdivision Applications 

  • A Helpline for the citizens of the Parish of St. James.
