The Secretary Manager's Office is responsible for the overall
co-ordination and management of the Parish Council. Our

Performance Measurement Plan |

The Performance Measurement Plan is an initiative which will
require that the Council begin collecting data, measure and report
its performance in the following core service areas for the fiscal
