The following pages will guide you through the forms and
procedures for the Commercial Services Department.
Procedure:
- Speak to the Commercial Services Department for shop
availability.
- Submit an application with two letters of recommendation to
the Commercial Services Manager.
- The Manager reviews the request and accepts the most
favourable offer.
Application Time: 1-2 weeks
Fees: $500
Procedures:
- Application is obtained from market managers, Parish Council
offices, or downloaded here and completed.
- Documents required: TRN (Taxation Registration Number) and two
(2) passport sized photographs taken within the last three
months.
- Fee is paid to Finance Department cashier on the 3rd
floor.
- Market managers review the request and assign space(s).
- Vendor receives an identification card.
Vendor Fees:
Fees from vendors are collected for the leasing of market space
as well as fees payable based on the amount of goods brought into
the market.
Fees and procedures are presently being revised and will be
posted when complete.
