The following pages will guide you through the forms and
procedures for the Commercial Services Department.
Application time: 1 to 6 months
Fee: $1050 per year
Procedure:
- Obtain application from Parish Council 3rd floor or
download here.
- Documents required: 3 passport-sized photographs taken not
more than three (3) months prior to application.
- Fee is paid at Finance Department, 3rd floor.
- Application is passed to Health and Police Departments for
investigation and report; applicant will be contacted for
inspection purposes.
- When parish council receives Health and Police Department
comments, the application is brought to the Public Health
Committee meeting (2nd Wednesday monthly) to be
approved and a permit is prepared.
- Applicant is telephoned when permit is ready for pick-up.

Payments

Plots:
- Apply at the Parish Council accounts office, 3rd
floor.
- Documents needed: Original Death Certificate, funeral date.
- The fee is paid and a plot is allocated.
Note: Some churches have their own allotments. To access any of
these spaces, a certified letter from the particular church is
required.
Clearance of Remains:
Relatives of residents who have died overseas may wish to have
the deceased buried at the parish cemetery. The Airport Authority
requires a receipt indicating cemetery arrangements from the parish
council. Please apply at the Parish Council accounts office, 3rd
floor.
Monuments:
Building a monument on a grave site requires Parish Council
approval. Please apply directly to the Planning Department.
