Manage Email With ThunderBird

E-mail is one of the most commonly used features these days. Everyone who uses email has a dedicated account where they get various kinds of emails everyday. Some of the most popular email applications are Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Hotmail. But isn’t it a nuisance to have to access your email through the web browser every single day? Wouldn’t it be easier to have a client instead which you can use to access your email right from the desktop? That would surely be a timesaver as you will be able to automatically check your mails and get everything you need from the desktop client itself.

Now most people might be using Outlook Express as it is the default mail client for Windows computers. But there is a much better email client available for email users and it is called Thunderbird. It is developed by the same company that produces the popular Firefox browser. Thunderbird is an email client that makes it easy for users to get access to their email accounts in a very easy way without having to rely upon their web browsers to read and reply to their emails. So what is so special about this email client?

The answer is – simplicity. You can set up your email accounts very simply using Thunderbird and you can even access your email quite quickly when compared to a web browser. There are a lot of features available in Thunderbird that are not available in regular email clients. For example, you can backup your entire mail account to your computer. This is a feature that Gmail doesn’t offer through its web interface! So it is definitely a good idea to start using Thunderbird, since you can then get access to your email in a faster, better and smoother way, thus saving your time.
